The Condo Rooftop Tent is made of weatherproofed Oxford canvas with a heavy-duty removeable rainfly with weatherproofing seams
 
Includes:
- 4 mesh windows which can all be used as doors.
- Comes with multiple internal storage pockets and 2 condensation vents.
- Comfortable 2-inch mattress pad with a removable and washable liner.
- Heavy-duty cover with extra secured outer D-ring straps.
- Sliding and extendable ladder.
- Rainfly for extra protection in wet conditions (use with awning poles or with included tie-downs).
- Rubber mounting spacers to help install and/or cushion the ride.
- Solar and battery-powered lantern.

All you need is a roof rack or a crossbar system, this tent has everything else.
 
You can leave 3-4 inches of soft goods such as sleeping bags and pillows inside the tent when closed.

It only weighs 102lbs with the ladder and easily unfolds to comfortably sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
